Appointment Policy for The Rose Room Aesthetics 1. All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. No exceptions. 2. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-shows) will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost, and the client will be permanently restricted from future bookings. 3. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost. 4. The establishment reserves the right to decline service, cancel appointments, and implement charges as deemed appropriate. 5. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to being charged for the full scheduled service cost and asked to reschedule. Please show up on time to all appointments to avoid being charged. 6. No refunds will be provided for any service rendered, or gift cards. 7. No exceptions will be made for any policy, under any circumstances.
